We send a small team to Ipswich and will need some luck with some tricky barriers on Wednesday. Headlock and Jump’n Fly hope to bounce back in race three and Moreton Bay looks well placed with the claim in the last.

3. Headlock | J: Ben ThompsonHeadlock heads back to the races after a disappointing second up run over 1350m at Doomben a month ago. He has trialled since and the blinkers go on for the first time. Ben Thompson takes the ride from barrier six and will be looking for a midfield position with cover. With the right run in transit, he has good enough ability to be in the finish of a race like this.

7. Jump'n Fly | J: Ms Angela JonesJump’n Fly went back to the trials and also gets the addition of blinkers for the first time here. She had to work to sit outside the leader in a much stronger race second up at Doomben and should appreciate the step back in grade. Angela will be looking for some cover early and we expect her to be very strong through the line.
