3. Ever So Clever | J: Ben Thompson

Ever So Clever is second up after a fast finishing third placing over 800m at Ipswich a month ago. The step up to 1000m on the big track should suit her well and Ben Thompson stays on board from barrier 11. She will likely go back from the wide barrier and be finishing off very strongly again. We expect her to be one of the main chances second up here.
