RINGAROSA goes in. Not quite as genuine as youd like, but enough to be wary of.

Canterbury R4 - 1550m Ranvet BM68

COPACABANA is the runner of good interest here, coming off a solid rating run behind Soldier Of Rome and Ambassadorial, who have both gone on to frank the form to an extent. Clark booked, blinkers back on, forward, and Canterbury all solid reference points.

DARLING DOWNS is one of mine, however I expect has to work a shade from outside, and the key is her performances have come off soft early fractions. I highly doubt that is the case here and have marked harsher accordingly.

MISS KIM KAR has a bit to come, and although coming from a lower race, she is a filly on the rise and I think can elevate again here.

Very thin through the rest of the field, maybe ROTAGILIA can improve, but not a runner I could push with any confidence.

Very handy race, and Im leaning to some value in RED HOT LIZZIE resuming. She has trialled up very well, in good company, and I think gets a very good run in behind what I expect better than average early fractions. She doesnt have the exposed figures of the top few, but I expect she has come on off the lead in work, and I have warmed significantly to the 1100m FUP this time in.

ZEALOUSLY (Scratched) is the runner I really wanted to find, and I still make him the biggest danger. However, there is a good chance he is kept deep, or at the least working early.

JAMBALYA has trialled well and near impossible to omit. The weight coupled with pressure is enough to lean to RED HOT in behind.

PRIVATE HARRY (Scratched) was very good winner on debut, ranking 2^nd at the Newcastle meet. I don’t love the distance stagger, particularly up to this level.
