Very tricky race to pull apart, with BOSTON ROCKS bringing the best figures in, however probably a little vulnerable given the gate. He tucked in fine from the outside at Caulfield off a let-up, and if pans out similarly, I think he takes holding out.

APEX is far too short on his figures this time in and although suited back to 1100m, I think it takes a very soft run to BOSTON ROCKS to nab him. SOUTH OF INDIA brings the best recent figure in and was clearly boxing on best from up top. Back in grade, claim helps and he is the horse everything has to get over.

With all of the dialogue above, it is WITH YOUR BLESSING that I have warmed to most, having trialled up extremely well and on his day, he has the field covered. Versatile enough to hold a spot in run and with any positive fitness or attitude commentary from the yard, he is where I will be looking race day.

Fair love and hate relationship with WEST OF AFRICA and despite a fair bit in favour here, I am not jumping to bet with. Could be ridden up a little, if not, sucked back and traffic problems.

PIGGYBACK was the well supported resuming, better set up drawn the middle and is suited up in trip.

UNTIL VALHALLA was one I expected more from resuming, and whilst not winning, was finishing off ok, and I do think improves slightly up in trip. SILENT IMPACT has to do more to get me in.
