Sale and Canterbury Park play host to Wednesday racing this week. With the jumps season rolling on, we have Aquila Volare and Aquileon opening our day in Sale, stepping out over the hurdles in the first two races on the card. Piastri and Epic Proportions will look to kick their careers off in fine style, with Bold Julius and Princess Rayaa getting their second preps underway. Finally, Miss Jenni Lynn will look to go back-to-back, after breaking through for her maiden win last time out.

Aquila Volare returns here a month between runs, following what was his debut over the hurdles. It was a tough kick-off point there on the heavy 10 at Warrnambool, and with a trial in between, we expect him to improve off that, particularly back on top of the ground. The favourite looks difficult to beat, but he may sneak a place.
