Ironbar has drawn 10 of 10 with J.Allen to ride - we’ll look to ride him cold to finish off strongly, with Spellmaster and Pickaxe among the few likely to head forward. Has improved off his debut run and should relish the 1400m while getting onto a firmer surface, but may find a few of these a touch sharp.

Pickaxe will push forward from barrier 7 with Mark Zahra to ride, likely to be in company with Spellmaster. Has been thereabouts in his first two runs, and we expect this to be no different, presenting as a good top-three chance.

Masatora draws wide and will also be ridden in the second half of the field. Will improve off this first-up run and once he gets out over further, but comes into this off the back of a nice jumpout.
