Hell And Back resumed with a tough second placing from a wide barrier over 1200m at this track two weeks ago. He draws much kinder here and Jimmy Orman should be able to give him a great run from barrier three. His form is outstanding for a race like this, and he should take plenty of beating.

Towers Hill has shown good improvement since his first up run at Toowoomba. He trialled nicely at Deagon and has drawn to get the right run from barrier six. We expect him an improved effort second up here.

She Delivers makes her race day debut after a solid trial over 1000m here a fortnight ago. Michael Rodd takes the ride, and he should be able to track the speed from the inside draw. She will certainly improve when she gets over further, but she is going well enough to be competitive first up here.

Risk Assessment is first up and has been very good at the trials and jumpouts leading into this. Sam Collett takes the ride, and she will be looking for some cover from the wide barrier. She should improve with this first up run, but we expect a forward showing fresh up.
