La Petite Maison makes his race day debut here after an impressive trial win at Doomben a fortnight ago. Jimmy Orman takes the ride, and he will look to take up a forward position from barrier eight. He has handled soft conditions at the trials and if he can take that form to the races, we expect a forward showing first up.

Arisphere found one better over the 1100m here three weeks ago. She raced well on the rain affected going and should get conditions to suit her, back to 1050m here. She maps well from barrier five and she only needs to repeat her last start effort to be one of the main chances again.

Ready And Lucky makes her debut after two trials and a jumpout. The in form Cejay Graham takes the ride and she should be able to get a nice run, just off the speed from barrier six. With the right run in transit, we expect her to be competitive first up.
